some traffic not being passed between APs

Hi all.  I am new to the forum and I have come here for some help.  I have three 303P APs setup for my robotics team meeting space.  All three APs attached to a school network switch and are supplied DHCP reserved addresses from the school.  The school admins tell me our vlan has an ID of 400.  I use the built-in web interface with a conductor and two helper APs.  This all works fine and everyone can access the internet without difficulties.  The team now wants to use an internal PC to speed up the compilation of robot code.  To do this the students will ssh into a higher end workstation and compile their code on it.  This saved the kids a bunch of time rather than using their own laptops.

But here is the rub, the WLAN does not reliably  pass traffic across the three APs.  Pings are unreliable, ssh is not working, nor RDP (I use this just for testing connectivity).  I am no vlan expert, in fact on the other side of the knowledge spectrum, but I am thinking this is a vlan issue.  I have searched many threads regarding similar situations and the advice is all over the board and so I hope this form can help me out.

When I set up the system, I simply created a SSID for WLAN as well as set up the internal DHCP server to hand out addresses on the WLAN, and assigned the default wired port profile.  As I had mentioned this has worked just fine for internet traffic.

    Thanks for your time.   Chris
