    this error appear while tring to create spash page  it is only appear when I choose application regoin MEA

    Not sure if you try to configure Facebook Wi-Fi, but that service is terminated so can't be used anymore.

    Also, from what I can see, Cloud Guest (which is referred to in the message) may not be available in the MEA instance. Please work with support if you need to get that confirmed.

    Not really. Central is only used for management and monitoring. And if you use Cloud Authentication / Cloud Guest, that may be slightly faster if you have a region close by, but I doubt if it's noticeable. For the WiFi performance there is no difference as your wireless traffic does not go through Aruba Central but breaks out locally.

    Central regions are more used for compliance, like the data about clients connected staying in a specific country in a region. Like in Europe there is GDPR that requires that personal identifiable information should stay within EU. Other countries/regions have similar regulations.
