    Customer have a IRF of 2 x 5900AF-48G-4XG-2QSPF+.

    the release is : HP Comware Software, Version 7.1.045, Release 2311P01

     

    Config  example of the access port is :

    interface GigabitEthernet2/0/1

    port link-mode bridge

    port access vlan 44

    broadcast-suppression pps 2000

    multicast-suppression pps 2000

    stp edged-port

     

     

    when a pc is connected the interface go direct in forwarding state. this is ok.

     

     

    but when the IRF is rebooted, and we connect a pc on an access port of unit2, it take 30 seconde before the port is forwarding.

     

    we do not have the problem on unit 1.

     

    when we check the config for the access port on unit2 --> the config 'stp edged-port' is still configured on the interface.

     

    when we repeat  on the interface the command : stp edged-port

    it is working fine.

     

    but after each restart of the IRF we are loosing the stp edged-port function.

     

    do anyone have also this problem?

    Hi!

    I think this has been fixed in the latest release.
