superstack 3 monitoring outgoing traffic

    Hi All



     



    i'm running a supersatck 3 firewall at the office.



     



    we're having some speed issues with our intente connection, and the isp tells me the upload is flooded.



     



    is there anny way to monitor our outgoing traffic . the logs seem to only contain incomming connections.
