    Hi Team,

               I am Lakshmana Shiva working as Desktop Support Engineer.I need your help in finding the issue at HP Switch.The HP switch details are V1910-24G Switch JE006A.There is an issue present in the switch.How to troubleshoot the switch?Can anyone help me.I have accessed the switch and seen for the syslog file but there is no error.I have downloaded diagnostistics information file in the system from the switch.How to see the errors at the Diagnostistics file.Can anyone help me?

    The troubleshooting steps will depend on what the symptoms are.

     

    What are the symptoms of the "issue"?
