Tablet PC TC1000 Wireless Won't Connect

    I have a Compaq Table PC, TC1000, with a built-in Wireless LAN Mini-PCI adapter. All diagonostics show the card is working fine, but I cannot get into the advanced properties (grayed out) to allow me to configure a wireless connection.

    I'm logged in as the administrator, so no issues there.
