It's the classic, one person leaves, new one arrives and no-one knows the password.
It's just been given base configs apparently but I cannot get onto the thing, access to teh console is fine though so it's just the username and password which needs recovering. Not too bothered if the config is saved, hadn't even been connected to teh SMS server etc.
