  • 1.  Traffic Analysis Application Label

Looking at the Traffic Analysis for a particular client on the WebGui of my 8.0.3 controller, some of my traffic was reported as "port 67112870" which clearly isn't a port number.  How am I to interpret this and does it reflect the actual port number in use?  I wasn't able to snoop the traffic to see what the actual port numbers in use were).

What is the exact version. Of ArubaOS? (8.0.3 is not a valid version). Screenshot please?

Hi, it's 8.0.3.0.4  I didn't think the question would be that specific.  Picture attached.

Got it.  That does not look right.

    Is 8.3.0.4 the exact version?

A small number of sessions seem to be matching this application.  Others which have this name format seem to be more believable port numbers (see attached screenshot)

    Regardless, a port shouldn't have 6 digits.

Would you suggest I log this with TAC then?

You should.  We are checking internally in parallel to see if this might be already identified and fixed in some form.
