I don't want to run into conclusions just based on those photos, but I've never seen HP/HPE transceiver's serial numbers to start with LU. Normally they start with CN if manufactured in China or with MY if manufactured in Malaysia. Did you buy them from official HPE partner?
The fact is that the switch also thinks they are not genuine, so we have two possibilities:
1. They are not genuine indeed
2. This is a new manufacturer I am not aware about and it is so new that switch software hasn't been updated to recognize it.
I've checked release notes of the latest s/w version 5130_EI_7.10.R3506P10 that can be found here https://h10145.www1.hpe.com/Downloads/SoftwareReleases.aspx?ProductNumber=JG933A&lang=en&cc=&prodSeriesId= and it doesn't mention nothing similar to this issue, but it never hurts to update the s/w to be sure. I see the next plan of action as follows:
1. Update 5130 to R3506P10
2. Plug one of these transceivers into SFP+ port and test it
3. If it doesn't work, generate a "display device" and contact HPE Support to open a case. Attach "display diag", photos and proof of purchase of those transceivers. Having the latest s/w as suggested will greatly help to speed up the case handling, because chances are they will ask you to update the s/w anyways.
P.S. There are two commands that could help us to reveal more details about transceiver's manufacturer:
display transceiver interface Ten1/0/28
display transceiver manuinfo Ten1/0/28
Could you share with me the output from these before the upgrade?
