Transferring PCM licenses to new server.

    Good Afternoon Guys

     

    Can anyone help with this please? I have started transferring my licenses (4 off) to my new PCM server. I have successfully done 2 of them. Now I am unable to do the last 2 as the "old" server says "The system requires that at least one PCM base license is installed" and the transfer option is now grayed out.

     

    My new server has 2 licenses installed and says "Items in red indicates that the base license is missing".

    I think I may have started transferring licenses out of order or something???

     

    Any ideas on how to resolve this?

    Adam, to remedy this you will need to place a trouble call with HP Networking.
