This technote "Aruba Cloud Auth for CX Switches" delves into Cloud Authentication and the policies offered through the Aruba Central foundational subscription. It highlights a streamlined approach to authentication for both wired and wireless clients. However, the primary focus in this technote is on wired clients, with the objective of creating simple yet effective access policies using HPE Aruba Classic Central. Special attention is given to wired authentication through CX switches.

Hope you'll find it useful and as always please send through your feedback for improvement.

Was hoping you can help answer two questions.
    1. With Cloud Auth for Guest is there an option for a Cloud Central user database as the authentication source?

    2. I'm looking for documentation that other sources can be disabled.  For instance, we do not want to allow social media and non-business emails.  Does such documentation exist?

The documentation for Cloud Guest is here.

Yes, there is a guest (Visitor) user database in Cloud Guest:

This can be filled by the administrator as by visitors as part of the self-registration workflow.

On the splash page configuration, you can select what login/authentication methods are available for users. Unless you enable them, they are disabled:

There is on the internet not really a concept of business/non-business emails. If you want to filter on those, or have greater control, you probably would need sponsored access where someone in the organization approves guest access requests.
