RadSec is used to secure/encrypt the authentication session between Instant APs (IAP), Switches and ClearPass. The main use case is when you have your authentication sever AKA ClearPass installed in AWS or Azure and you need to use Internet as a medium to transport the RADIUS authentication/Accounting .
