We currently have two different sites that both uses Ascom phones. The only difference between the sites are the Ascoms at one location are setup to use H323 and the other location is setup to use SIP. We are able to see a good amount of UCC data from the site that uses SIP, however, we get nothing from the site that uses H323.
Just checking to see if anybody had any thoughts before I reach out to Ascom.
