    Hello everyone,

I am trying to download the ArubaOS 8.13.1.2 Mobility Conductor image (ArubaOS_MM_8.13.1.2) from the Aruba Support Portal, but the download never completes.

    I receive the following message:

"Your download request is currently being reviewed and will be completed within 4 hours."

However, the request remains in this state indefinitely. I suspect my account may not have the required permissions or support entitlement.

    Could someone please clarify:

    1. What role or permissions are required to download AOS software images?
    2. Do I need to be associated with a specific or active support contract to access these downloads?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Best regards,
    Nahia

Yes, for Mobility Conductor firmware downloads you should have an active support contract. Sometimes your support contract is not correctly matched to your account, in which case you should reach out to TAC to get that corrected.

Another reason that you may see this message is that you have a new account and the review of your company has not been completed or you provided unverifyable/false information when creating the account. For compliance reasons all accounts have to be verified to belong to customers in countries where the products are allowed to be sold.
