Hello guys!
It was almost a miracle, but I was replied into 24h after opening a ticket =) They unlocked the files for my account. They said that may take 24h when the "4h" message appears to be able to download the file.
I'm a little traumatized with Aruba TAC because it took a lot of time to solve any problem I bring to them, I had to escalate the last two tickets and that's so sad when it happens. In Cisco, when we call them, they start the troubleshooting right away and do not turn off while the problem is solved, they even change the operator when the time is over. Hope that someday Aruba have a TAC level like them.
Thank you for anyone that helped!

I suppose you're getting the 4-hour message when downloading software in the portal. Just so you know, each file being downloaded is immediately being screened and released by Aruba internal team and the 4-hour message is a default message since release of orders is being processed right away.
Aruba Support Portal Team are enabling compliance screening within the Aruba Support portal aligned with US government regulations. Screening capabilities enabled through the Aruba Support portal which includes screening of software being downloaded.
Usually, when it happens to me, i open a TAC Case and they solve it within 24 or 48h.

Hello,
Yes, I'm an authorized partner. I think they flagged my account again. I opened a TAC case but I believe it will take at least one week for me to be replied because it's so slow.
If anyone can provide me this firmware file I would be so grateful!
