  • 1.  unable to download firmware from ASP

    Trying to download IAP firmware image 8.6.0.2-8.6.0.2_73853 from ASP Software portal. Download is failing with error message: 

    Http failure response for https://asp.arubanetworks.com/api/v1/files/RmlsZTowNDU0M2ZmMC0zNjM3LTExZWEtODgyZi1mZmZhYzBiNzgzYTY=/download: 404 OK

     

    Looks like it can't find the file??

    Did you check to see if http/https is allowed out from the IAP? Firewall blocking?

    I'm actually trying to download the image to my laptop from the support portal. We do allow ports 80 and 443 on the firewall and I'm able to download software files from some other vendors over HTTPS without a problem.

    Don't worry I get exactly the same, so I suspect it is an issue with ASP at the moment. You can always call TAC who I suspect will provide you with the file.

    The old Support Portal ist still working for me:

    https://support.arubanetworks.com/default.aspx

     

    Maybe that helps...

    Appears that the problem is resolved today.
