  • 1.  Unable to download intune on clearpass version 6.11.6

    Hi, 

    We recently migrated from V6.10.x to V6.11.6 .  We have proxy enabled whitelisted following URL as per the guide

    .extensions.clearpassbeta.com
    • registry-1.docker.io
    • index.docker.io
    • auth.docker.io
    • production.cloudflare.docker.com

    But, when we download the intune we get an error code = 500 . Attached screenshot for your reference. 

    "error creating extension instance: download failed with status=500" 

    anything changed recently is there any new url we need to whitelist?

    This seems to be the old list. The URLs now are. Will get the tech doc updated.

    We were able to resolve the issue. Aruba had some internal maintenance  , after the maintenance we restarted the service and tried it worked.
