    I have a service that uses Client-Mac-Vendor attribute. I have a new Macbook Pro that is not being detected as an Apple device. How do I update the vendor/OUI database in CPPM? Thanks.

    Please open a TAC case.

    Also, it's generally not recommended to rely only on a MAC OUI prefix for profiling.

    What is the proper way to profile by hardware vendor?

    Using the ClearPass profiling functionality.
