Hello.

Please help with the following problem:

I use software library and deployment task in IMC to upgrade software on my switches. Now I have a problem on some switches with this. It doesn't work on some HP J9772A, HP J9851A and Aruba JL356A. I didn't change anything in configuration. All works great until upgraded to software YA.16.11.0008, YC.16.11.0008 and KB.16.11.0008. Now if I want upgrade to YA.16.11.0010, YC.16.11.0010, KB.16.11.0010, the process failed on "upload device software" step with timeout. But on some other switches it still works fine (the same models).

Maybe someone had such a problem? Last time I upgraded IMC to 7.3 E0708P02 and nothing change.

Hi Jarpan, 

first check in the Configuration Center options that you have configured tftp as file transfer mode, I suggest you open a support case if you want to use sftp, and  scp is not supported.

thank you. I changed from scp to tftp as transfer mode on problematic switches and it works fine. So I still don't understand why it stop working. Earlier it works on these switches.
