  • 1.  Use Admin Login in Switch Aruba 2530

    Hi all.

     

    I need to configure several switches (2530) and connect them to an AirWave server.
    To give more security I need to configure HTTPS, SSH, etc. accesses.
    I need to configure that with a username and password for security.
    I do not find the option to do it.
    I have the Switch with version 16.06.0006.
    Could you tell me how to configure access privileges?

    Please check the ArubaOS Switch Hardening Guide.

    It has more answers than just how to set a username and password:

    switch(config)# password manager user-name admin plaintext adminpw123!
