    We continue seeing RADIUS TIMEOUT events in ClearPass/Airlock authentication for the affected device.
    The issue is causing repeated authentication retries and eventually the AD account gets locked again.
    Could you please confirm if this behavior is a known Aruba/ClearPass issue or if there are recommended timeout/authentication settings to prevent repeated lockouts?

    This isn't a ClearPass issue. ClearPass is simply reporting that authentication wasn't completed in time.

    Take a closer look at the messages in the Access Tracker. Click on the log entry and then on the Alarms tab. What do you see there?
    Check the log details for the authentication request. In the Request Details window, click the Show Logs button; a pop-up window with detailed information about the authentication request will open. What do you see there?

    The RADIUS timeout for ClearPass is 30 seconds and can be configured under Administration » Server Manager » Server Configuration in the Service Parameters tab. Select RADIUS Server from the service list and scroll down to the Main Section.
