Wired Intelligent Edge

Does anyone know if there is a setting in the V7111 Analog Gateway, to allow/disallow multicast?  Having problems across an MPLS to the Gateway, with hearing Music On Transfer audio...which as I understand, even with SIP enabled on the NBX, still requires multicast.?.

Not that I know of but MPLS networks come defualted with no IGMP or Multicast settings . It has to be built as You need to tell the vendor to set this up . I cna review to see but I don't think so .

Customer checked with MPLS provider...they said they "don't offer multicast" on their MPLS network.  So we're looking for other options now...

ALL MPLS networks offer Multicast but the provider chooses not enable them . We have had issues with Lower end providers like this . Mostly due to not knowing how to enable them correctly .
