  • 1.  VCX Call Report Error

    Hi Everyone,

     

    We are Currently have a issue with the VCX call reports software.

     

    When we download (try to) current call logs, we recive the following errors the the download log:

     

    "Error: Unknown error. Error number: 3001, desc: Invalid argument."

     

    Seem to be for every .xml file from the VCX.

     

    Any ideas?

    What version of VCX and what version of the CDR App are you using?

    Hi David,

     

    The Current version of VCX is:     VCX Connect Version 9.8.15 

     

    The Call reporting software version is:     VCX Call Reports Ver R8.1.5

    Hi All,

     

    This Issue has been fixed.

     

    Turns out the database (access DB) had hit its 2Gb Limit and was not accepting anymore data.
