VCX don´t show either vcx-showmachineid, eth0

  • 1.  VCX don´t show either vcx-showmachineid, eth0

    Hello, I was received a VCX 3CRV6000A, and when i choose the software version (7.1.16c) the system deployed succefully, but when i run vcx-showmachineid, the system don´t generate it.  When i check eth0, system says "such device no found", some idea???

    Hello everybody, the issue was soved running kudzu utility for recognize the eth0 interface and reconfigure eth0 file.  Thanks to 3Com support!!
