    Hi,

     

    yesterday I upgrade my visual rf plan from 7.7 to version 8.0.rc1 (build: 490).

    At the first start of visual rf pan 8 all my planed locations were lost. Then I´ve done an import from an visual rf backup, this import, imports all my planes locations and buldings but no floorpans and no pland aps. 

    what can I do to solve this problem, I need my planes...

    Hi,

     

    We Haven't seen this issue internally while upgrade from 7.7 to 8.0 build. 

    Please goahead and open a case for this. Please atatch log files and import backup.zip file you have used.
