Hello!
this question was already posted few times in the past, the answer is:
"No, it isn't possible to made a VSF stack mixing Aruba 2930F and 2930M".
Why? because VSF and Backplane stacking (respectively supported on and provided by Aruba 2930F and Aruba 2930M) are technology deployed on switch series that can't be simply "mixed" in a common stack (either VSF or Backplane).
The VSF - as a Frontplane Stack technology - made of Aruba 2930F is not engineered to accept any Aruba 2930M switches into the stack (no matter if VSF uses "standard Ethernet ports" as stack ports) and, vice-versa, a Backplane Stack made of Aruba 2930M switches will never see an Aruba 2930F able to join the stack simply because the Aruba 2930F switch series was not engineered with required hardware capabilities - ad-hoc Stacking slot, Stacking module and Stacking cables - to be able to join such of a Backplane Stack in the way required by the Aruba 2930M.
To recap:
Aruba 2930F -> VSF made of Aruba 2930F Switch Series models as stack members.
Aruba 2930M -> Backplane Stack made of Aruba 2930M Switch Series models as stack members.
Mix is not an option.
