    Hello, 

     

    We're facing on trouble about onguard comportement. 

    When device status switch to Unknown, Onguard don't doing a new health Check and no Webauth.

     

    Therefore, the device keep unknown status despite several Radius authentication and get the wrong ACL. 

     

    Did you already see this problem before ?

    How can we automatize this health check ?

     

    Onguard version : 6.7.6.109050

    Onguard running as a service.

    Onguard installed with msi installer with System account
