    Hi Guys,

Do you have advise how to solve the error 403 for webui access?

    Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I tried to make the controller to a factory default configuration, that not solve the problem.

During the boot process, I see this on console:

    [12:25:57]:Checking system inventory                  [ OK ]
[12:25:57]:Installing ancillary FS                [ FAIL : Ancillary files are not present]
     Extracting Webui files..cd: 269: can't cd to /flash/img0/mswitch/
tar: webui.tgz: No such file or directory
    /tmp
chown: /mswitch/webui/*: No such file or directory
chmod: /mswitch/webui/wms/wms.cgi: No such file or directory

    [12:26:00]:Reboot Cause: User reboot (Intent:cause:register 78:86:0:2c)
    [12:26:00]:Starting syslog service                    [ OK ]
chmod: /mswitch/webui/wms/wms.cgi: No such file or directory
cp: /mswitch/webui/wmsi/gc_email_template.xml: No such file or directory
cp: /mswitch/webui/wmsi/gc_page_design.xml: No such file or directory
cp: /mswitch/webui/wmsi/gc_field_attrs.xml: No such file or directory
chmod: /flash/upload/guestconnect/*: No such file or directory
    [12:26:01]:Restoring the database                     [ OK ]

    Thanks!

Without knowing what preceded this issue, the firmware version or the controller hardware, historically the solution has been to upgrade the active partition a second time from the command line.

History: the controller was set to factory default state by formatting the 0:2 partition (which contained the configurations) under cpboot, and then issuing the bootf 0:0 command. My guess is that this may have caused the problem. Partitions 0:0 and 0:1 were remains untouched.

If you know how to format, please upgrade the boot partition(s) a second time with the same firmware and try again.
