  • 1.  Where to download VCX Call Reports?

    It seems that we lost the installer for Call Reports. We have a v7000 and I need to pull some logs off of it. Where can I download this from? Thanks.

    Since there has been no reply from HP I was able to find a copy from another organization that still had a VCX.

     

    Since there is 54 views I am going to assume I am not alone in those needing a copy of VCX Call Reports.

    Tekstorm,

     

    Thank you for posting that.  I don't have a problem with it being there.  I just found your post.

     

    To some extent the VCX Call Reports version tracks the VCX version that you have running.  That said, a reasonably recent version should be fine with most VCX versions.  VCX CDR 8.2.1 is pretty up to date.
