Wireless wont turn on

    Recently bought a Compaq B1900 Presario from HongKOng
    However the wireless LED switch remains turned off( red colour).
    There is NO switch or button to turn the WIFI on.
    I have also checked the HP website for this computer and there is no switch or button

    The help screen on my computer states that if there is no switch then use a combination of function keys to switch it on!!
