  • 1.  Airwave 8.3 SMTP query - Postfix

    Dear Experts, 

    I want to send notification email from AW 8.3. Looking at different posts and tutorials they talk about accessing cli via root and check /var/log for troubleshooting and also config files for postfix. How do i access the cli via root? i dont see any such option. Secondly please confirm if its still the same way (i.e. to set postfix conf files)

    Hi @Ronin101.

    You have access to logs via GUI 

    You can't access underlying OS from CLI. Only TAC support can.

    Under AMP Setup > General > Additional AMP services, there is an option to add mail server. Does this work?
