Is there a way to move more then one AP to a subfolder at the same time or does each one have to be done individually
Yes it is possible :
If you're doing it from the 'new devices' view -> easiest way would be to add all devices into a 'to be sorted' group, and then work your way through using the modify devices (bulk edit) view that Victor showed.
