Ok I see. Guess they changed something in Central or something else broke.

Good to hear!
I don't think it's in 10.7.0.0 because I have deployed almost 100pcs of 730-series devices within last two months without any problems and problems started couple of days ago.

Yeah something is definitely broken. In the 10.7.0.0 code or in Activate/Central.
I have created a TAC-case now aswell. Let's see what that gives

Hello Christoffer,
Yeah that definitely sounds like broken device credentials database which only applies to 730-devices (wonder whats up with 720/740/750's?!?) which breaks redirection... I assume that if it would be "global" redirection issue then also 630 series would be suffering about this.
Anyway it would be great to get information when issue is fixed.

We have the same issue this week when we started working with recently purchased 735. We are also located in EU data centers.
Same software version 10.7.0.0
show activate status shows same incomplete info.
show ap debug cloud-server
IAP mgmt mode :local-mgmt
cloud config recved :FALSE
state diff :disable
Device Cert status :SUCCESS
Cert Verify :enable
Domain Name Verify :enable
CoP Mode Enabled :FALSE
Primary CoP Server :None
Backup CoP Server :None
show log provision shows issues like "Activate Failed Provisioning failed: received an empty response from Activate server, aborting provisioning"
show log ap-debug | include awc or show log ap-debug gives http errors like this from device.arubanetworks.com.
"Message is "HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request^M"
"X-Status-Code: fail-fw-key-not-found"
Its seems like the ap get stucks talking with Aruba Activate at device.arubanetworks.com and don't get redirected to the correct datacenter.
I checked our firewall logs and compaired a 735 to another working ap model like 505 or 615.
You can manually use the debug-cloud-server device-eucentral2.central.arubanetworks.com cmd to point it to the correct datacenter, you need to use the url from whatever Central you are at. This will make in go online in central.
But only works untill you reboot the ap then you are back to the original problem.
After reading this thread we tryed to manually update the software to 10.7.1.1 and that fixed the issue.
I haven't created a TAC-case, but will probably do, its kinda bad that HPE/Aruba ships new APs with broken code.
