I bought a used Aruba S2500. I am by no means a network expert (I had managed switches from Netgear and TP-link, but they are consumer type products). I updated to latest firmware, all seems to work properly.

However, as I am trying to connect a couple of IP cameras and a couple of Unifi UAP-Pro (hardware supports 802.af), I do not seem to get any power to the devices via any of the 48 ports.

Every single port show: PSE port status: Off, PSE hardware error.

For example, one port output is

    #show poe interface gigabitethernet 0/0/37
GE0/0/37: Administratively Enable, Port status: Off
Maximum power: 30000 mW, Power consumption: 0 mW
Port voltage: 0 mV, Port current: 0 mA
PD class: Class-0, Priority: Critical, PSE port status: Off, PSE hardware error

Show Inventory indicates no PSU power issues:

    SC Model Name : ArubaS2500-48P
    CPLD Version : Rev: 2.8 (0x2.8)
    PoE Firmware Version : 4.1.5 (Build: 1)
    ...
    Power Supply : Present (580W)
                                  : 12V System Voltage Ok
                                  : 56V PoE Voltage Ok

Poe controller seems to be working

Linecard Power Budget(W) Power Consumption(W) GuardBand(mW) PoE Management Cisco Compatibility Config Delay(ms)

In addition, I have increased Poe priority to the my ports

Power over Ethernet profile "cameras" (N/A)
    -------------------------------------------
    Parameter Value

    Enable PoE interface Enabled
Max Power on PoE port milliwatts 30000
    PoE port priority critical
    time-range-profile N/A

I can't find much on PSE hardware error.

Any additional commands I should use to verify if there is a hardware error or if is it a configuration issue?
