Training, Certification & Career

I apologize in advance if my question may seem redundant, but I am new to Aruba and would like to be brought up to speed with how to manage my company's campus wireless environment and Aruba ClearPass. Any resources, such as books, video series, or certification paths suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I was having trouble navigating the AirHeads discussion forums which is why I chose to pose my question.
