I know that ClearPass can integrate with SQL database as authentication source and SQL filter can be added to read SQL tables and fetch required attributes, but is there a way for ClearPass to update SQL database? For example, if user is unhealthy clear pass modifies SQL database to update certain field in SQL database.

I believe it is read only, but you can add an attribute to the endpoint in the endpoint database through an enforcement profile.
