Captive Portal Blank Screen IOS device only

    We have a captive portal and working for Windows , but when we use the iOS devices we can see it is showing a blank page. I am suspecting it is because iOS is sending the DNS traffic to Internet(not sure why as we have internal DNS) and during setup we had to create one public record for captive portal.  For Windows/Android no issue.

    these are all client OS device dependent, and generally you need to allow access to certain URL in preauth role. basically you need to bypass the Apple Captive Network Assistant (CNA). ClearPass has a setting for it as well.
