    Hello,

    I have a ClearPass HA setup (version 6.1.14) in my environment and use OnGuard as the agent to perform health checks on computers.

I am experiencing an issue with a Surface ARM64 device running Windows 11: after restarting and logging into Windows, it does not automatically connect to the Wi-Fi network, even after waiting a while.

I have to disconnect and reconnect the wireless connection for the agent to perform the health check and connect to the network. Do you know what might be causing this?

It works normally on other devices.
