exporting/importing insight data

    I'm in the process of bringing on line a new master insight server in our production cluster.  The insight data is ~ 17Gbytes. I've generated a backup file of insight data only and am now usig http to get it onto my mac so I can upload it to the new server ...... its painfully slow!!

     

    Any way of SCP'ing it from a commad line ?
