Hi everyone, I want to start configure a 3Com baseline switch 2948. But

the next prompt display it.







I don't know what option choose to create a vlan voice or some

configuration like that. Is my first 3Com switch configuration. I have the

bases with cisco switches but no idea with this 3com switch. How can I

start to configure it??

on the 2948 it is higly adviseable to use the webUI to config the unit completely.



if you wnat to do it via the console you initially hav to setup a ip address in menue item IPSetup to first give it an IP address where you can reach it.

Thakns a lot. finally I used the default IP to configure the switch on a web brower.
