    I am wanting to use a hub as a bridge between a router and a switch.
    1. Can I in fact do this?
    2. Or can I directly link the router to the switch?.

    Can anybody please help.

    You can link the router to the switch. Make sure the internal IP address is within the range reserved for your LAN.
