I've recently upgraded HP IMC to iMC PLAT 7.3, and its changed serial number, so I need to transfer the licence to activate it again.
However, when I try to transfer the licence it now states I've transferred it two times in the past and need to contact support.
I've tried to do that, but I cant even create a case as opening a case requires a 'serial number' for the product. However, the only serial number I have is the one the server gives you, which is not suitable for HPE to create a case with.
I've rung various HPE numbers to try to sort this, but nobody will even help me without a serial number or SAID number. Neither of which I have.

Any ideas who I need to contact to resolve this or how to get a 'serial number' which HPE recognise to enable me to create a case?
