Hi all,

I am running iMC PLAT 7.3 (E0706) for my iMC deployment and I'm trying to upgrade to the newest firmware (that's reasonably tested). I have two questions.

1. I have the readme_plat_7.3..... page open and it shows me the upgrade path for iMC up until 7.3, but it doesn't go beyond that. Am I to understand then that I'm good just to jump straight to the newest since 7.3 is what I already have?

2. I understand that there are some modules you have to update manually as well along with your iMC upgrade. I have the Module Compatibility Matrix page up that shows me the most up to date version of these modules. I'm just not seeing where can I find the list of modules that I have installed on my deployment of iMC? My iMC is pretty bare bones so I honestly might not have any, but I'm not sure where to check if I even do.

first things first, all modules installed on the iMC can be checked if you go the top-right corner on the WEB GUI of your iMC (you will see the name of the operator currently logged in), click on that and then About. If you don't have installed modules, you should see the platform and the VXLAN (also part of the platform, but visible here as separate module).

If you want to go from 7.3 (E0706) to the latest version, you should first upgrade to 708, then 710, then 710P06 and then the latest patch 710H10. You should also upgrade the modules (if you have any), but the versions of the modules are slightly different then the platform version. On the support portal you will find for every major iMC release (708 and 710) module compatibility matrix, where you can check which module versions are supported with the respective iMC major version.
