Intune extension error on Clearpass

    Dear Ms, Mr,

    We are trying to activate Intune extension on new CPPM cluster but we have an issue unexplained.
    [ERROR] Intune - Error getting device list. getaddrinfo EAI_AGAIN login.microsoftonline.com:443

    For this installation, we have followed "ClearPass-Microsoft_Intune_Extensions-Integration_Guide-v5-0.1.pdf" for installation.
    A proxy and a static route are configured for mgmt interface.

    Is anyone know this issue ?
