    hi everyone i have little trouble here configuring IRF on HP 5500-24G-SFP EL Switches

    recently i bought

    Qty = 2  HP 5500 switches

    Qty = 2  HP 10Gbe SFP+ Module

    Qty = 2 HP 5500  10Gbe Local Connect Module

    Qty = 2 HP x230 Local Connect 100Cm CX4 Cable

     

    here is the challenge i'm Facing !!

    i want this Switch as Core Swich for WiFI Network, i have Aruba 7205 controller Qty 2

    can you please help me to understand how can i connect this 2 Switches and confiure IRF ( with Command Line  on each Switch )

    which cable i need to connect where ?

    i have read some document on HP site but it does not make me any sense

    thanks.

    If you follow the HP (or H3C) IRF guide, it takes you through it step by step.

    i have follow the same procedure unfortunately unable to make it work. 

    could you please help me ?

    i have 5920 switch Qty = 2 

    [IPTV-Core-2] display irf
    MemberID Role Priority CPU-Mac Description
    *+2 Master 1 e8f7-2407-2997 ---
    --------------------------------------------------
    * indicates the device is the master.
    + indicates the device through which the user logs in.

    The Bridge MAC of the IRF is: e8f7-2407-2996
    Auto upgrade : yes
    Mac persistent : 6 min
    Domain ID : 0

     

    plz help me to understand 

     

    if it possible i would like to offer Teamviewer
