SIGTERM means that the process is (externally) killed (SIGnal TERMinated).
This normally happens when you restart processes, or if the appliance runs out of resources (most times memory) it may start killing processes. So there may be a memory leak in this extension.
Let me echo the advise to open a TAC case. Also check if there is an update for the extension, and see if that may have fixed the issue already.

None of the devices that is is saying it's getting from Neurons are populating in the endpoint database. The extension continues to say it's 'running' but it's configured to poll the MDM every 5 minutes however after the SIGTERM error the extension doesn't poll anymore until restarted. Where it then again doesn't actually update the endpoint database and SIGTERMS.

Is there actually anything wrong? Or did you just notice that in the logs? It could be completely normal. Looks to me like it finishes it sync and then closes as expected.

The logs for the extension show it reaching the Neurons Cloud Instance and it's listing the GUID's of the devices, not updating the endpoint database at all and then getting SIGTERM'd.
