 I have some problems to import a wav file. I converted a mp3 file to wav and when I import the wav file NBX system doesn't accept. I have checked the file format (ADPCM, 8 kHz, 4 bits), but still the system does not accept it. Maybe someone can recommend a converter software wav files.

Sounds like something corrupted . Is it only the one new file or all new files ?  Unfortunately R5.0.31 code is an older code .  The conversion should be to adpcm 8k 4  bit  . There are tons of conversion software for Mocrosoft to others . try to Google a free version .
