We have integrated Aruba SD-WAN with Broadcom DX NetOps for monitoring purposes. However, we have observed that the SD-WAN data is not being transmitted to the DX NetOps portal. Upon engaging with the DX NetOps TAC engineer, we were informed that DX NetOps currently supports only Aruba Orchestrator version 9.2. The engineer has suggested downgrading our Orchestrator from version 9.4 to 9.2.
Kindly confirm whether it is feasible to degrade the Orchestrator version. Additionally, please advise on the potential challenges or risks that may arise during or after the downgrade process.
