You can search/find/add feature requests through the HPE Networking Innovation Zone, which is available at least to partners and HPE employees.
I've found there a request to add the Intune and JAMF logs to the Event Viewer, which I think then will be available to be set to syslog. But I can't see if it will be implemented, and it has been asked for only one time.
Please work with your local HPE Networking contact if you need this to be prioritized.

So far as I understand it there are three options so far but all are limited to the extensions own log store:
- Directly access via Extension management
- Request via CPPM Collect Logs option and manually extracting
- Request collect logs directly via API but have to deal with output size
