reset password A7347A

    hi all,
    i have a problem with a A7347A .
    normally the standard login is admin and the standard password is password.
    somebody has change this login and password and i cant get the default values back.
    the firm from witch we buy this device advices us to remove the button cell battery inside for 15 minutes and that should fix the problem but this is not the case.
    any help would be greatly appreciated.
